Mohamed Merzoug
Founder & President
Mohamed is the Founder and President of Atlas Health Transport, bringing a strong foundation in healthcare leadership, community engagement, and health equity strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in French from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Master of Arts in Philanthropic Studies from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at Indiana University.
Fluent in Arabic and French, Mohamed is committed to advancing culturally responsive care and improving access for diverse communities. He began his healthcare career as a medical translator, bridging communication gaps between patients and providers, and later served as a Program Manager at Indiana University Health. There, he partnered with community leaders to address social determinants of health and led employee engagement initiatives supporting grassroots nonprofit organizations.
At Atlas Health Transport, Mohamed leads with a patient-centered philosophy, ensuring reliable, compassionate, and timely non-emergency medical transportation. He works closely with the sales and marketing team to strengthen strategic partnerships and expand access to essential healthcare services.
Aadam Merzoug
Account Executive, Sales & Marketing
Aadam serves as Account Executive of Sales & Marketing at Atlas Health Transport, where he drives strategic growth through value-based partnerships with healthcare organizations and insurance payers.
He holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University, along with additional certifications in business foundations and project management. His academic background supports his structured, results-driven approach to sales strategy, stakeholder engagement, and operational alignment.
Before transitioning into healthcare sales leadership, Aadam gained hands-on clinical experience as a Patient Care Technician at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital’s Heart Center, where he earned multiple awards for outstanding patient care. This frontline experience enables him to align sales negotiations with clinical workflows, reimbursement structures, and compliance standards—ensuring solutions that support both providers and patients.
Aadam leads complex, value-based sales negotiations and has built a strong referral network across hospitals, clinics, and senior living organizations. He brings strong cross-cultural communication skills to diverse healthcare environments.
His combination of healthcare insight, strategic leadership training, and disciplined execution strengthens Atlas Health Transport’s mission to deliver dependable, patient-centered transportation services.
